Do you know that Dead Sea is bordering Israel, the West Bank and Jordan? Maybe you knew, maybe you don't, but now you know 😀. I went to Dead Sea on the Israel side twice before and it was always so crowded. Last March in 2018, I finally visited Dead Sea on the Jordan side.

Have you watched Matt Damon's movie called The Martian? The movie was filmed in Wadi Rum desert and I was so glad I stayed at Sun City Camp. One of the highlights of this hotel is the bubble tent.

Good Morning! |
I love animals and Quokka is the cutest little thing in this world that I want to see. They are originally from Rottnest Island, Western Australia. Just like kangaroos, quokkas also have pouches for their joeys. They must only eat the leaves from the trees in Rottnest Island. This friendly quokka was begging me to take some leaves for him.

When Sakura in Japan seems to mainstream, where should we go instead?
Of course it is Shibazakura or Pink Moss flowers.
I have been dreaming to come here ever since I saw the pictures online. My family decided to join a tour instead of travelling by ourselves, because it was just easier for my parents. Hokkaido is just huge and to drive from one sightseeing spot to another will take more than 2 hours.
The first day I arrived in Hokkaido, I actually went to see Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park. But of course the highlight to my Hokkaido trip is this Higashimokoto Shibazakura Park.

You guys...I just wanna share something that has been on my mind since my Jordan trip. My local tour guide brought us to this restaurant called
Hikayet Sitti and tbh they have the best
Maqlouba ever. We even requested to go back there twice!
The location on google map is not accurate but it is located at Khaled Ben Al-Walid street. The building has Food Basket sign on it. It is not far from St George's Greek Orthodox Church as well.
I bet you are wondering what Maqlouba really is. It is basically a chicken rice, but unlike Singapore's chicken rice, it is a layered dish of chicken (or meat), rice and veggies. Maqlouba also literally means "upside down" and later from the pictures you can find out why.
